Code Challenge Process
Ø Once
you have selected a slot that you prefer on a weekend for a code
challenge, you will receive the code problem to solve, 20 min before the
start time.
Ø Please ensure you have visual studio installed or use machine which would have visual studio.
Ø After you have solved as per the guidelines and instructions given – please reply within stated time.
Ø Post the code writing, successful candidates would go through a telephonic technical interview, followed by a F2F interview.
Ø Candidates
finally selected will have to supply two references from responsible

Role Summary/Purpose:

SDET
: Exp 3+ years, with knowledge and skills to work as development
/design engineer, with acceptance test responsibilities and has
experience in .Net, C#, C++, WPF, WCF, NUnit/Junit, MStest, Fitnesse,
and has exposure to UI automation or API techniques, and to Agile/Scrum
methodologies. This is primarily a test automation role.

SDET is responsible for leading and driving teams to delivery quality
products, establish world class test automation, quality practices,
right through the entire project life cycle, providing built in quality
to the software products being developed. Integrates and supports
processes that meet business needs across the organization.

Manage
all testing activities to execute and complete assignments for a
project. Provide technical development for testers. Serve as recognized
expert on testing initiatives, test automation practices &
processes. Work in conjunction with the Quality Manager to develop test
release criteria and ensure test cases and use cases are written and are
testable. Establish and drive testing processes, procedures, and
testing metrics while improving quality to the customer. Drive test
automation for the team. Validate acceptance criteria and right level of
automation for the user stories covering performance and deployment
scenarios.
Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases; develop a detailed test plan and lead execution of test activities according to plan.
